500 Internal Server Error bei Zugriff auf Files-Verzeichnis

Hi,
ich habe mich jetzt schon auf einigen Seiten aufgeschlaut, aber noch immer keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden. Scheinbar bin ich mit meinem Problem aber auch nicht alleine ;)
Wenn ich auf das Files-Verzeichnis oder eine Datei darin zugreifen will, bekomme ich einen 500er Serverfehler. So wie ich die meisten Themen verstanden habe, liegt es meist an der .htaccess.
Anbei mal meine. Vielleicht hat ja jemand von euch eine gute Idee.

Erst hatte ich die Standard

Erst hatte ich die Standard .htaccess. Dann hatte ich ein paar Probleme Drupal überhaupt zum Laufen zu bekommen und mein Hoster hat einige Änderungen an der Datei vorgenommen. Jetzt habe ich Drupal am Laufen, kämpfe jetzt aber mit dem oben beschriebenen Problem.
Spannend finde ich, dass ich nur den Fehler bei einem Zugriff auf ein "Files"-Verzeichnis bekommen. Also z.B.
sites/all/files/ oder sites/dummy/files/
Meinst du ich soll die beiden Options mal wieder aktivieren?

Wenn ich eine der beiden oder beide Options aktiviere bekomme ich schon beim Start von Drupal einen 500er.
Den Default-Handler habe ich jetzt auch mal aktiviert.

Brachte aber auch nichts :(
