Schauen wir doch mal, was die Suche hier auf drupalcenter zu der Fehlermeldung sagt ...

Die von Dir verwendete PHP-Version ist zu alt.

das hatte ich auch schon gefunden, aber ich bekomme es nicht umgestellt.
Fehler bleibt.
Hier mal der Inhalt meiner htaccess.
