Get to Drupalcon Szeged 2008 on the cheap

Germans can attend drupalcon from 398 EUR!

In two weeks over 500 people will come together in Szeged Hungary for this fall's most important event in the Drupal community. We checked out low cost carriers and calculated that from Hanover, Frankfurt am Main, München, Berlin, Hamburg you can already attend Drupalcon including participation fee, travel and accommodation expenses (at one of the hostels) from 398 EUR!

No matter if you are new to Drupal or if you are a veteran, Drupalcon is a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the Drupal platform. On Drupalcon you'll discover half a dozen modules you never heard of, talk with the people that have found solutions for the problems you are facing, you will maybe even find somebody to develop your site, work for you or send you some extra projects...

So far we have 470 registered attendees from 35+ countries including most of the cream of the worldwide Drupal community. We've got a 4 day program that spans a lot of the Drupal space with four tracks that cover: Drupal core, contributions and trends; Showcases, user experience and design; Code development; and Growing Drupal. And if this is not enough for you, there will be a lot of cutting edge topics that will still find their way into a BoF session and a Code sprint where you hack away with some of the people you only know from their screen name.

We found that you can fly to Budapest from 154 EUR. On [1] you can find accommodation from 12 EUR/night and then there is the train to Szeged that will still cost you 24 EUR. In total this brings you to 398 EUR.
