yahoo weather und localisation

Ich habe localisation und yahoo weather installiert. Beide funktionieren unabhängig voneinander. Wie schaffe ich es nun aber des Wetter spezifisch für den Benutzer anzuzeigen, wie es in der Modulbeschreibung steht.
