Calendar zeigt keine Einträge

Hallo zusammen,
bin neu hier und habe gleich mal eine Frage:
Habe heute Drupal 6.13 auf einem XAMPP installiert und das Modul Calendar (nebst Date, View und CCK) eingefügt.
Habe ferner (nach Lehrvideo) einen Contenttype "Event" erschaffen und kann nun Termine (von bis) kreieren, welche mir auch auf der Startseite oder etwa unter Upcoming angezeigt werden.
Der Calendar wird auch wie gewünscht angezeigt, allerdings enthält er weder eine Markiereung für diese Termine noch wird beim Klick auf einen entsprechenden Tag etwas angezeigt ("Items").
Wie kann ich rauskriegen wo's klemmt?

Ich habe den Kalender als date-browser und als calendar eingerichtet. Funktioniert wirklich gut. Ich habe lange gebraucht um zu verstehen, dass der Lehrfilm nur den date-browser vollständig und richtig erklärt.
Ich musste dann das gleiche einstellen bei calendar. Auch dies geht nun sehr gut. Dies wird nicht eindeutig im Video gesagt. Also fehlten bei mir zuerst die Items im calendar. Ich nutze Drupal 6.12, sollte nichts ausmachen.
