Runde Ecken funktionieren leider nur mit GD2. Ich habe für mich ohnehin keine Verbesserungen durch ImageMagick feststellen können. Also dann eben GD2

Du könntest dir selbst ein kleines Bild mit runden Ecken und transparentem Inhalt erstellen und dieses dann über das andere Bild drüber legen.

Also spontan fällt mir nur ein, dass ImageCache ärger macht, wenn CleanURLs nicht eingeschaltet sind (d. h. IC hätte gerne CleanURLs) und IC verträgt sich manchmal nicht mit der privaten Download-Methode.

Der Server muss eine neue Version der GD2 Lib haben um alle Effekte nutzen zu können. Wenn im Status Report etwas in der Art steht:
"The GD Library for PHP is enabled, but was compiled without support for functions used by the rotate and desaturate effects. It was probably compiled using the official GD libraries from http://www.libgd.org instead of the GD library bundled with PHP. You should recompile PHP --with-gd using the bundled GD library. See the PHP manual."

"The installed version of PHP GD does not support image filtering(desaturate, blur, negate, etc). It was probably compiled using the official GD libraries from http://www.libgd.org instead of the GD library bundled with PHP. You should recompile PHP --with-gd using the bundled GD library. Ne habe ich schon gelöst. Man muss einen Canvas (Hintergrund) anlegen. Dann klappt alles bestens mit GD2.
