[gelöst]Installation gelingt nicht

Ich hab ein Problem beim Installieren:

1. Wenn ich die Anweisung befolge und eine leere settings.php-Datei in den entsprechenden Ordner schiebe und dann die Domain aufrufe, erhalte ich folgende Nachricht:

"Site off-line

The site is currently not available due to technical problems. Please try again later. Thank you for your understanding."

2. Wenn ich die settings.php-Datei herausnehme, komme ich bei der Installation bis hierhin:

"Systemvoraussetzungs-Problem
Die folgenden Fehler müssen beseitigt werden bevor die Installation fortgesetzt werden kann.:
The deutschsprachige Drupal-Version (Drupalcenter-Version) installer requires that you create a settings file as part of the installation process.
Copy the ./sites/default/default.settings.php file to ./sites/default/settings.php.
Change file permissions so that it is writable by the web server. If you are unsure how to grant file permissions, please consult the on-line handbook.
More details about installing Drupal are available in INSTALL.txt.
Das Verzeichnis sites/default/files ist nicht vorhanden. An automated attempt to create this directory failed, possibly due to a permissions problem. To proceed with the installation, either create the directory and modify its permissions manually, or ensure that the installer has the permissions to create it automatically. For more information, please see INSTALL.txt or the on-line handbook."

Beide Varianten führen also ins Nichts.
Kann mir da jemand aus der Patsche helfen?
