IIS Passwort HTTP ERROR 500 bei Serverwechsel

Hallo,

ich möchte meine D7 Homepage von einem Linux Server auf einem Windows Server umlegen.

SQL Datenbank-Dateien habe ich importiert, die settings.php habe ich mit die neuen Zugangsdaten ersetzt.

Nur leider ohne Erfolg, diese Fehlermeldung kommt:
