Und wieder einmal .htaccess und lesbare URLs

Guten Abend Zusammen,
mein jetziger Server läuft auf Linux-Basis und Apache2.
Nun funktioniert aber leider nicht der Test der Lesbaren URLs. Nach Recherche im Internet, kam ich dann auf die .htaccess, aber leider denke ich, dass die Datei richtig konfiguriert ist.

Problem habe ich inzwischen gefunden, war ein wenig tiefer in der apache2 Config versteckt..
Dann erkläre doch einfach,
