Lightning installation xampp

Hallo
ich möchte gerne https://www.drupal.org/project/lightning testen.
Dazu habe ich mir mit einer virtuellen maschine Windows 7 Pro 64 installiert.
Dann xampp und composer git und composer require j7mbo/twitter-api-php league/oauth2-server ausgeführt.
Außerdem habe ich mit composer create-project acquia/lightning-project MYPROJECT im C:\xampp\htdocs dann versucht alles zu installiern.

Was mache ich Falsch ?
Bis auf das ich zu wenig php ram habe 128 mb.
Ich habe keine Einstellungen bei xampp geändert.
Was könnte noch nötig sein ?
Ich arbeite normal nie mit xampp und composer deshalb können es einfachste Dinge sein.
Installiert ist xampp PHP 7.0.26.

Ich würde dir dringend davon abraten xampp zu verwenden. Meiner Erfahrung nach ist es immer noch am angenehmsten eine Lösung aus Virtualbox + Linux + Webserver + PHP + Mysql zu verwenden.
Auf diese Weise kannst du einfach den Installationsanweisungen von Composer und Lightning folgen, ohne, dass du die Patches manuell herunterladen und die betreffenden Dateien patchen musst. Wenn du Hyper-V verwenden möchtest kannst du das auch tun, allerdings müsstest du dann noch die Vollbildunterstützung aktivieren. Virtualbox biete dazu die guest additions und du dürftest auch hier schneller sein und kannst dir das googeln nach den korrekten Einstellungen für Hyper-V sparen.
Die Virtualbox-Variante kostet dich vielleicht 45 Minuten. Danach läuft alles wie am schnürchen und du lkannst dein Fertiges Projekt hinterher auch wesentlich einfacher auf einen Live-Server übertragen. Wenn du wirklich mit Windows arbeiten willst, dann benötigst du eine installation von Git fpr Windows, damit die Paches übertragen werden können.

Git für Windows hatte ich schon installiert.
Mit Linux kann ich es auch mal versuchen nur habe ich mit Linux nicht so viel Erfahrung.
Ich denke mal Debian oder ist es egal ?
Ich verwende vmware.
