/admin/people
/admin/structure/comment
Ich vermute es fehlen hier diverse Module. Wo kann ich finden welche Module hier fehlen.

Bei den Links fehlt die Domain oder localhost davor. Das ist Dir vermutlich klar. Ansonsten gehören alle diese Links zum Core und sind nicht von weiteren Modulen abhängig. Du sagst sie lassen sich nicht aufrufen. Was ist die Fehlermeldung oder was passiert überhaupt bzw, was passiert nicht. Ohne weitere Angaben kann man Dir nicht helfen.
