Auf eingener lokaler Maschine - .htaccess: Options not allowed here

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade eine Seite auf meiner lokalen Maschine zum Laufen zu bekommen. Aber ich bekomme leider die Fehlermeldung;

Serverfehler!
Die Anfrage kann nicht beantwortet werden, da im Server ein interner Fehler aufgetreten ist. Der Server ist entweder überlastet oder ein Fehler in einem CGI-Skript ist aufgetreten.

Sofern Sie dies für eine Fehlfunktion des Servers halten, informieren Sie bitte den Webmaster hierüber.

und meine errorr apache log sagt dazu:

Ich kann aber in der .htaccess nicht gravierendes finden. Was hab ich vergessen, wäre um jede Hilfe dankbar.
